Cozy new apartment, alone or for two. Located in a quiet side street with a separate entrance. It is an easy 15-minute walk into the center. Bus stop and supermarket are nearby.
 50 m² perfectly equipped and nicely furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious shower with rain showers. You will sleep well in the box spring bed 1.8 × 2 m. You also have a pretty, sunny courtyard at your sole disposal.
A reserved parking space at no extra cost is right outside the door.

Great apartment, lovely host. Comfortable bed with all the necessary items available in the apartment. Nice little patio to enjoy after a hard days walking. Easy walk into the town centre. Very hot when we were there so the air conditioning was a real treat.

Fabulous!!

Beautiful, comfortable and well appointed flat, with a lovely private garden. Nicely decorated. It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Very quiet area, but convenient and accessible. Great kitchen and cooking facilities. Comfortable bed - we slept well. Our host, Susan, was so friendly, kind and hospitable. We would stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely, quiet, well equipped

Susan is a kind, gracious host, and the studio apartment is perfect for two! She made getting to the apartment easy and helped us with dinner recommendations. She thought of everything, down to umbrellas, bathrobes, shopping bag, coffee pods and laundry supplies. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and has some basic seasonings and tea/coffee. Outside there is a cute, private patio with a table to eat outside. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!

impeccable!! Everything beyond your dreams was there. Everything, a sewing kit, a bird chirping there, umbrellas, washer/dryer, I learned a few tricks from her for our rentals. Charming neighborhood, electric charger at parking for car, free parking, awesome.

Top apartment with an easy walk to the city centre

From booking to arrival the host was quick to respond and met us on arrival to show us the property, and what a beautiful apartment it is. Very chic, modern and beautifully decorated. Great kitchen facilities with everything you would need, including bottled water and a great Nespresso coffee machine. Washing/drying machine in a seperate room and absolutely superb bathroom, with a fantastic shower space. Great little secret garden space to enjoy some fresh air. Private free parking space which is always a plus on a city visit. Less than 15 minute walk and you are in the city centre of which is a very pretty city with plenty of eateries and beautiful old buildings. Most definitely recommend a stay at this apartment. Top Class!

Sehr gepflegte und liebevoll eingerichtete Fewo

Die von den Eigentümern selbst geführte Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, mit neuwertigen Mobiliar und kompl. Küchengeräten u. -zubehör ausgestattet. Der kleine Wohnbereich ist in das offene Raumkonzept (Appartment) integriert, dadurch wirkt alles geräumiger. Das Doppelbett ist groß und sehr bequem. Gelungen ist auch der direkte Zugang vom Schlafzimmer auf die "eigene" kleine Garten-Terrasse. Das große Bad (teilw. Natursteine) mit der komfortablen Regendusche ist "top".

Gelungenes, verlängertes Wochenende

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die kleine Terrasse, der reservierter Parkplatz, die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffeekapseln, Kuchen, Duschbad ....
