Apartment 13:
The luxurious apartment has about 59 square meters of living space on the ground floor. The living area has an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area and access to the terrace with an unobstructed view of the North Sea and the green Oberland. Shower room and toilet are separate. Wi-Fi, TV and radio / docking station are available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays.

Gate to the sea is a new construction project with 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
