The formal dining area featuring a table for six is set in front of a large bay window with fashionable plantation shutters.

A slider door opens to the private, nicely shaded exterior deck where you can relax and enjoy the comfy Adirondack chairs along with the built-in bench that surrounds the dining table. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee while overlooking the manicured lawn and peaceful lagoon.

Inside the home and to the right of the foyer, guests will find a charming guest bedroom with a new queen-size bed, a silent ceiling fan with controller, flat-screen TV, spacious closet, plantation shutters, and a connecting stylish barn door to the hall bath with a tub/shower combo.

The master suite has a new king-size bed, flat-screen TV with all your preferred apps, a large closet with built-in storage, and grand windows that frame the picturesque lagoon. An ensuite bathroom features double vanities and an expansive walk-in rainfall shower.

To the left of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen, a high-end espresso maker and a convenient serving counter with two barstools that opens to the adjacent dining room. A touchscreen washer and dryer are located in the rear of the kitchen.

On the second floor is a bedroom with two twin-size beds, a high definition TV perfect for Disney movies and gaming, and a spacious private bath with double vanities and a walk-in shower.

Guests staying at this property can access the oceanfront Hampton Place community pool, hot tub and grill area.

This property has two assigned spots directly in front of the condo. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; Passes are charged per car per week.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000-acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, 32 pickleball and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and more. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
