Ideally located studio apartment with a sleeping alcove in the Chatelet district of Mottaret, this studio is situated on the 3rd floor of a small private residence, offering a perfect location for an exceptional holiday. Shops are right at your doorstep (restaurants, mini-market, cinema, ski equipment rental), the Piou-Piou children's playground is opposite, the ESF ski school is 100 metres away, the ski lifts are 50 metres away, and free parking is nearby – everything is in place for a perfect family holiday. The apartment was renovated at the end of 2025 and features a living room with a south-facing balcony offering views of Mont Vallon, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the residence. It offers ample storage, a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with a toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic) internet access is also provided. A ski locker is available for tenants. Cleaning is included after each rental. The cleaning service is provided by a local company that can rent linens to each tenant. Pets are not allowed / Non-smoking apartment (balcony available).
