We had a school retreat trip and it was the perfect location, close to the water and close to the main house the retreat was being hosted at.

Jay's Bachelor Party

Clean, plenty of beds, did not cook or eat full meals, but kitchen was pretty good. Not too sure the charcoal grill size and style is conducive for a group of 6 or more to grill on and it was very dirty. We cooked and ate at our residence in Deerfield.

Deerfield house

Nice. Quiet. A little further from water than I hoped because of beautiful golf course but the marina was quite accommodating and friendly. Very nice experience. Would recommend this house. Well supplied. Nice hot tub.
