Cozy holiday home only 5 minutes by car from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The cottage has a living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person) and dining table and TV. The small kitchen is separate and simply equipped. 1 separate bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe. Furthermore, the house has a shower room. The parking space is available for free. A 300 sqm plot with table tennis is reserved for sole use. Furthermore, in front of the house is a modern furnished terrace and a brick barbecue - all for you alone! We look forward to seeing you - the beds are of course upon arrival. Please bring your own towels. The house is not heated. In the cooler months, the landlord provides a mobile gas stove.

Klein, reicht aber völlig aus.

Als Allererstes fand ich es toll, dass wir schon vor 16 Uhr in die Wohnung konnten, das war nach einer langen Fahrt perfekt! Das Häuschen liegt in einem Mini-Dorf, von dem man aber sehr gut nach Binz an den Strand kommt mit dem Auto. Es ist sehr ruhig da! Das Haus selbst ist etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten ist wirklich sehr groß. Das Einzige, was für uns 3 etwas störend war, war die Tatsache, dass keine Tür zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer vorhanden ist. Wenn also einer schlafen möchte und die anderen nicht, wird der Schlafende gestört. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich (wohnen in der Nähe). Empfehlenswert!
