Rent this fully furnished luxury Gilbert home on a calendar monthly basis. Perfect for temporary housing, extended family vacations, corporate rentals, winter & summer visitors. Amazing outdoor living with large pool and grass lawn area, luxurious brand new furnishings and multiple living areas make this large Toll Brothers home everything you need.

We only rent on a calendar month to month basis only. This means the 1st of the month to the last day of the month.

BEDROOMS:

4 Large Bedrooms. All have top quality, brand new comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans, large closets, sitting chair and ample room to spread out. All luxury bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:

The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel appliances, a six-burner Gas range and convection oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator. The huge kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, cookware, flatware and appliances you will need. Seating for people in the dining room and breakfast bar area as well as the outdoor patio area.

OUTDOOR/BACKYARD ENJOYMENT:

The backyard has many great qualities that help make your vacation one to remember: A huge private backyard surrounded by ficus trees with pool and huge yard. Enjoy the gas BBQ grill while entertaining around the pool and outdoor eating areas.

LAUNDRY ROOM:

Extra large, high-capacity washer and electric dryer on site. A starter amount of laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

IN ADDITION:

Four-car garage with automatic garage remote, two more parking spots on the driveway, all linens, towels, blankets, pillows, three hair dryers, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Beautiful Home and great backyard

This was a big house, bring all essentials since there wasn't anything provided. Clean and awesome back yard and pool. We couldn't figure out the heater for the pool though so asked ahead of time.

Great visit to family

Loved the property, beautiful house. Needs some more basic things to make it better as a VBRO...HANGERS in a beautiful walk on closets would allow you to actually use it properly. The propane gas ran out right away, so we had to run out and buy a tank full, a Keurig would be a nice addition. This is a great home, but just add a few things and it would be more like some other VBRO's we have stayed at.
