This beautiful holiday home is located on a large plot of land in Benkovac near Zadar. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The living room leads to the terrace, which has access to the pool. Here you can relax in the sun loungers. They play a round billiard, darts or table football in the spacious lounge. You can also prepare local specialties on the grill and enjoy them together at the large table. On the air-conditioned upper floor there are four more bedrooms with a bathroom. Our house is very suitable for families with children, there is still a trampoline and the swings. The next beautiful beaches can be found in Pakostane or Biograd. Zadar can be reached in 20km. Drive away. Worth seeing are the waterfalls of Krka in Sibenik, which are 50km. away. Split can be reached in an hour by car.
