Great flat in Bredene

Very nice flat with everything which was needed. From the balcony the sea could be seen. and on the ground floor there a a Lidl and a Dehaize for the daily shopping. Brilliant. The only pain point was, that the house was directly at the two main roads. So it was not possible to sleep with open windows during the night.

Der Balkon ist sehr groß, leider sind die Balkonmöbel teilweise defekt, sehr verwittert und ohne Sitzauflagen. Bei großer Hitze wären zumindest Ventilatoren schön. Die Matratzen sind eher hart. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gerade auch für Familien mit großen Kindern gut geeignet. Die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen ist eher eng.

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung in super Lage, kurze Wege zu Supermärkten und Restaurants. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand, auch ein schöner Spielplatz ist in der Nähe.Man kann sogar das Meer sehen.Da die Wohnung zur Hauptstraße liegt und über Geschäften,ist es leider nicht besonders ruhig. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist absolut von Vorteil, max Durchfahrtshöhe ist aber nur 2,05m. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine oder Wäscheständer in der Wohnung. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen.

Laut,1 Rolle Klopapier für 3 Personen und eine Woche, keine Geschirrtücher, Balkonmöbel moosig,Anfragen wurden nur nac h erneuter Anfrage beantwortet. VW Zimmer mit Etagenbett stickig mangels Lüftungsmöglichkeit,Fliesenfugen Bad teilweise schimmelig,Schließmechanismus Tiefgarage defekt.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit Tiefgarage und Meerblick. Sauber und tolle Servicemitarbeiter vor Ort! Gute aufgeteilte Wohnung in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben! Kurzer Weg zum Meer mit sauberen Stränden.

viele kleine Mängel (Fensterrollo im Kinderzimmer defekt, Spülmaschine sehr schlechte Waschleistung dadurch Geschirr sehr schmutzig, Wasserdruck im Bad sehr schwach, Duschschlauch defekt, Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage in einer Einzelgarage hohe Fahrueuge mit Dachbox (im unserem Fall VW Caddy) passen nicht rein. Die Angabe fehlt in der Beschreibung des Objektes)

Mooi appartement in een rustige omgeving, ruime kamers.De afstand naar het strand ( 200m) hoeft geen nadeel te zijn. Er is genoeg winkelmogelijkheid.Nadeel is dat er te weinig keukengerief aanwezig is, zeker wanneer je in coronatijden aangewezen bent om te koken.De aanduiding van de plaats waar het afval moet worden samengebracht is zeer slecht aangeduid( bovendien wist het personeel van het kantoor in Bredene niet waar deze zich bevindt). Al bij al is het een toffe locatie.

Eine super Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Wir waren 1 Woche in der schönen Wohnung. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Den Ausblick, den man von dem großen Balkon bewundern konnte war sehr schön, auf die Dünen und sogar das Meer. Direkt neben Lidl. Der Boden hätte staubfreier sein können, aber ansonsten war es sauber. Die Möbel hatten Gebrauchsspuren. Matratzen sehr dünn, eher für Kids. Leider war es eine Katastrophe, die Garage erst zu finden und dann dort runter und wieder hoch zu fahren! Wir würden wieder kommen, aber nicht mehr dort parken!!
