About this property
Riggins Riverview Retreat, Triple R Cabin #4
This newly built cabin (2022) is located in beautiful Riggins, Idaho amongst the mountains, the river and the trees. As you approach the cabin you are greeted by a spacious front porch offering great views of the Salmon river and a great place to sit and take it all in. Walking into the cabin you are welcomed with modern accents and eclectic pieces reminiscent of Riggins and its early beginnings. Looking up you will find the ceilings adorned with warm wood and skylights that bring in natural sunlight during the day. You immediately enter the great room where you can relax and unload from a day full of adventures or move to the kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, full sized appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge to create a memorable meal. Outside is also a George Foreman grill for those who enjoy grilling up their favorite meat, veggies or fish! Off the great room is the spacious master bedroom including a queen sized Purple mattress, massage chair, closet and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful and amazing rain shower with tile and stone accents, gorgeous granite countertop with vessel sink and toilet. In the great room is a spiral staircase that leads to the second bedroom (loft) that includes a queen sized Purple mattress for resting after a full day of fun. This cabin offers amazing views of the Salmon River and the surrounding area. It is located within walking distance to everything downtown Riggins has to offer. The community of cabins is private and quiet. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, rafting, jet boating and the list goes on. Or it could be perfect for those looking for a nice quiet get away to work or just sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the river. Whatever your reasons, pack your bags, bring the cooler filled with food, your favorite beverages and enjoy nature at its finest!
The space:
Two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a twin air mattress for a fifth guest or the couch can also work for additional sleeping space. The great room is nicely equipped to enjoy games, relax or watch your favorite show or movie. The full kitchen is stocked with essential items to get you started with making memorable meals during your visit to include a George Foreman grill. The bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing to include a massage chair in the master bedroom.
Guest access:
Guests rent the entire cabin and will have access to other common areas on the property. All that we ask is that you are respectful of the other guests and tenants as well as the property itself. Contact us with any questions or requests you may have.
Additional info:
Pets are welcome! We love all fur babies! We encourage you to bring your pets when visiting our cabin. However, there is a pet fee ($150) in order to bring your pets. We understand every one is different and that not all pets are alike. Dog and cat hair is very difficult to clean up after and some smells are worse than others. This is why we have the pet fee so that all guests can enjoy a clean and fresh cabin no matter who or what was staying the day, week or month prior. We ask that if you do bring pets (after paying the pet fee) that they stay off the furniture (to include beds) and that you clean up after your pet when they go potty. There is a pet potty station in the main common space located by the river access. Thank you for understanding!
