Girls weekend

This house is exactly what we needed for our annual girls trip. We enjoyed the spacious home, beautiful pool and delighful hot tub. The house is secluded, but close enough to a grocery store and wineries. Strolling around the vineyard is a must! Communication was excellent!

This property was absolutely amazing! I went with a group of girlfriends and we had the best time. The pool was spectacular, thr sunset views were amazing and the owners were super responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this house, and hope to visit again soon!!

Perfect Vineyard Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property! This location is amazing and even better than advertised. The backyard is your own private pool resort in the middle of wine country and the host ensured the house was very comfortable and accommodating. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Outstanding in their field!

7 women over 70 who spend 4 days together every year. We LOVED the privacy, views, surrounding vineyards and proximity to a charming town which has great restaurants. The house is well appointed and exceptionally clean.

Perfect for a family getaway

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and we needed for almost nothing! Alyce was communicative and easy to work with. The pool was perfect and we loved that there was enough seating for our whole party around the pool. We loved our stay and would highly recommend starting here to others.

Perfect Property for a Group

Our stay was absolutely fabulous, the house is even better than the pictures online. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed to make a great wine tasting trip. It is secluded yet close to everything. We started most mornings with coffee around the pool or hot tub and taking pictures of the wildlife in the vineyard and the pond. I'd highly recommend staying here and experiencing Lodi wine tasting!

We had an amazing time at this lovely home. We had three from out of the state & three local: 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 singles. Home was very cozy and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a fun touch. Centrally located by all of the wineries. Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home.

**Ideal for Business and Family Gatherings!**

This space checked all the boxes for me and my family. Located in a beautiful area, it provided the perfect balance of work and relaxation. I was able to complete my work efficiently and then unwind comfortably afterward. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Great weekend getaway!

What a wonderful stay! Me and the girls wanted to escape for a weekend. We were looking for something somewhat secluded, a pool and a bed for each of us. This house accommodated all of that! It was hot out so we really appreciated a "cool" pool. It did not bother us in the least that the pool was not heated, it was refreshing! Plenty of space for us to sprawl out. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Excellent stay! We're looking forward to returning!

WOW

My sisters and I do an annual trip that we refer to as "WOW" (women only weekend). When we started 27 years ago it was always on the weekend as we still had jobs. This home filled the bill perfectly as we are a group of seven. Plenty of room to spread out and then to gather. Overall a fabulous home.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. Check in was easy, the house looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. The pool was nice but not heated, but there was a jacuzzi as well. The only issue we had (which is beyond the control of the owner) is the loud noises coming from the frogs in the pool at night. They were so loud and went on for hours at night so if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest staying in one of the smaller rooms on the other side of the house. Overall, we had a great stay!

Everything we hoped and more

This is such an amazing find!!!! It was clean, spacious, private. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for us to spread out around the house. The outdoor pool photos don't do the property justice, there is a ton of comfy outdoor furniture to lounge on during your stay. The pool temperature was perfect! I can't wait to book again next year. This house is tied for the nicest house I have rented through VRBO. Thank you for your hospitality at your home!

Entertainment Haven

This property is perfect for entertainment. Beautiful vineyards surround you with sunsets and relaxation! Everything you would want and more. Well supplied and clean! Our entire family stayed for a hometown visit from NC. We had our adult children plus grandchildren and we were so comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and prompt to respond to our few questions. We even had outdoor heaters! We just can’t say enough but we highly recommend this lovely home.

Ultra Relaxation

We had 8 people in our family group. All of them were so happy about the accommodations. The house was big and very user friendly. It was super clean and well kept. The property was beautiful as it was spectacular. It was in the middle of the vineyard without neighbors. You can walk right through the vineyards, what an awesome experience. Very private. The location was very central. You are 10 minutes away from any store or restaurant you need to go. This is a vacation place where you don’t need to go anywhere else. This property is the vacation. Hope to return soon! The hosts are extremely friendly and nice. Thanks again, Richard and Family.

Beautiful home and location

The home is nice and the surroundings are lovely. Well cared for landscaping and lake in the front, with a resident Canadian Goose and a Heron. Interior is as described and photographed. Beds were comfortable, crisp white linens and towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is important to read that one sentence in the listing - the POOL IS NOT HEATED. We didn't see that, and it was too cold for us to swim. That was unfortunate. Another issue to be aware of is that since it is located in the vineyards, there are bugs. Tons of them. And we did find black beetles in 2 of the bedrooms, inside the beds. Ug. The owner came the next day to change out the sheets, vacuum the rooms, and get pest control to come to treat the interior and the exterior. Lastly, the dishwasher had a leak but we managed to fix that ourselves. All in all, I would give this house a "B" rating.

Why they chose this property

Our location is unique. You are surrounded by vineyards and have a beautiful private pond at the front of the property, and wineries are nearby. Great privacy but minutes from downtown Lodi. Bike Lodi trails are nearby. This is an historic vineyard that was in one family for three generations. It truly combines the history of winegrape growing with the privacy and beauty of Lodi Wine Country.
