The Canal des 2 Mers (bike path, hiking, boat rental) and Lake Caraman are 10 km from the cottage, and the beautiful villages of Saint-Felix-Lauragais and Avignonet-Lauragais are a 15-minute drive away. You're at the crossroads of the Occitanie region's major tourist attractions: Toulouse and Lake Revel-Saint-Ferréol are 30 km away, Carcassonne and Foix are 75 km away, and Albi is 87 km away. On the ground floor: entrance to a 13m² fitted kitchen with a dining area (fridge-freezer, 4 induction hobs, pyrolytic oven, filter coffee maker); 18m² living room with a 140x190cm double sofa bed, a 120cm flat-screen TV, two armchairs, and two chairs. On the first floor: a first children's bedroom (11m²) with two 90x200cm single beds, a second bedroom (12m²) with a 160x200cm double bed, a small bathroom with a shower stall and sink, and a separate toilet.
