About this property
Still the Old Charm of Rehoboth & Walk to the Beach & Town
Located on the south side of Rehoboth Ave. and only 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, this single family two-story home is ideally located! The property features old school charm and is a classic beach cottage with a spacious screened-in porch. There is a shared outdoor shower and 1 parking permit is provided for street parking. This home has A/C, WD and Cable/Internet. **1 Queen, 1Queen+1Double, 1Double+1Single**
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own Linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.
In addition, a recent change to VRBO policy eliminates our ability to charge the local municipality accommodations tax (currently 7%) that is required. This amount will be noted in your lease and is required in order to confirm your reservation. This tax is payable to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
