Quaint house nestled in the heart of downtown Bakersfield. It comes with a fully furnished kitchen, indoor laundry room, 4 Smart-TVs and a dining area large enough for 6 guests. The master bedroom is fitted with a California King bed and the other two bedrooms, which share a jack and jill bathroom, each have a queen bed. The large porch area allows you to sit and relax and forget about the stresses of the day. The backyard is also great for entertaining!

Great house and neighborhood

Stayed for the weekend and we were really happy with the house and location. Quiet street with easy parking. The house was cozy and nicely remodeled. Beds were comfortable. Eric was very responsive and easy to work with.

Retreat from our Remodel

We needed a place to stay in our hometown for just a few nights. Our home is being remodeled and the painters needed us out! Thank goodness this property was available and the owners even allowed us to check in a few hours early because we had nowhere else to go. We enjoyed staying in this part of our town and the uniqueness of the home.

Charming Home

We enjoyed our stay in this charming, clean, well-appointed home. The home owner, Eric, was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We all felt it was the best home we have rented in Bakersfield during our family visits.

We love this property because of the old neighborhood feel and the vicinity to downtown Bakersfield. Downtown has flourished in the past few years with new places to eat and things to do but keeping that small town feel.
