A cosy retreat in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park, on the hills above the hamlet of La Fracette, in the Entremonts Valley. Located 9 km from the downhill ski slopes of the family-friendly resorts of St. Pierre de Chartreuse (Col du Planolet) and Désert d’Entremont (which features a 45-km Nordic ski area with cross-country and skating trails, as well as snowshoe trails). Hiking and mountain biking trails for all skill levels start right next to the cottage, leading through the mountains and towards the Chartreuse High Plateaus. 14 km away, in Les Echelles, is the Rivieralp recreation centre with an eco-friendly swimming area. Shops and services are 1.7 km away. A unique spot right in the heart of nature! La Sapinette welcomes you on the hills above St. Pierre d’Entremont. This small, all-wood apartment features a cosy living area with a small, fully equipped kitchen (no oven), a dining area, and a sitting/office nook. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a relaxing spot with a front-row view of the Grand Som, perfect for reading while gazing at the mountain. The small, peaceful hamlet of La Fracette is the starting point for many hikes right in front of the cottage. Public transport is accessible 800 metres away. The cottage is on two levels and is attached to the owners’ home. It features a separate entrance, a gravel patio, and private parking (1 space). Ground floor: living room with kitchenette (sofa that converts into two single beds, 90x200 cm, which can be joined together), bathroom (shower + toilet). On the ground floor (spiral staircase, ceiling height less than 1.80 m at the top): mezzanine (1 double bed, 160x200 cm) (please note that you must bend down to navigate the top section of the staircase).
