It is located on the edge of long-distance hiking trails through the countryside and by the sea (1500m), at the foot of Cap Blanc-Nez. From here, you can admire the superb landscapes of the Grand Site des Deux Caps. Numerous GR (long-distance hiking trails) are accessible from the property. The courtyard is enclosed. Lawns and flowerbeds cover 1300m². A barn provides storage for bicycles, windsurfing boards, etc. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available during the warmer months. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, a living room and kitchen arranged around a central fireplace, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower screen, and a separate toilet. A comfortable staircase leads to three further bedrooms upstairs: one for two people and two for three people (two people plus one), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The house is cosy, in a shabby-chic style, warm and comfortable. (160m2 of floor space). We had a lot of fun furnishing it for pleasant and relaxing stays, as well as the beautiful landscaped garden that surrounds it. It's the countryside just a stone's throw from the sea. Calais, the Channel Tunnel and Wissant are 10 minutes away. Brussels and Paris are 3 hours away. Amsterdam, Liège or Cologne are 4 hours away.
