No need to over pack, this unit has it all beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen etc. The oversized relaxing lanai has beautiful views of the marina. Need a night out? Local restaurants and shopping are all within a ten minute drive. Offered, complete, clean, and tidy each and every time.
30 day advance booking required. $150 HOA application cost added to booking. It shows as "Property Fee." Applicant must be approved by HOA, sign HOA application/paperwork, and sign a short term lease agreement.

What makes this property unique
This unit is in a prime location. Bluebill Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park are a walk away. The neighborhood is gated and has beautiful huge grass lawns on every side. Walking paths are plentiful and the nearby bridge makes for a perfect run. A short 10 minute drive from Mercado, you’ll be able to find just about anything you need. Mercado offers a variety of stores but features Whole Foods, Chipotle, lot of dining options, a movie theatre and much much more. This unit has gated parking and key access only to building. It is a second floor condo with access via elevator.
