This beautiful condo is steps away from one of the Top 10 Beaches in Florida, and close to shopping, restaurants, walking trails and more! Relax on your private, spacious lanai as boats pass, dolphins play and pelicans soar by. Only 350 steps from our front door you’ll find Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, with a beautiful mangrove canopy opening to a wide white sandy beach. To the south it’s just a short walk to the La Playa, Turtle Club and the Ritz Carlton.

The Baypoint condo complex includes amenities such as a large swimming pool/hot tub, barbecue area, fishing, and plenty of parking. This sought-after area in North Naples is just steps from Vanderbilt Beach, and a short drive from some of the best shopping in the country at the Mercato Shops, Pavilion, Venetian Village and Waterside Shops.

Our condo has everything you need and more! New in 2021 - bathrooms have been upgraded with shaker cabinets, granite countertops and a new faucet and sink. Recent updates have been designed to create a beachy, modern feel with new cabinets, granite countertops/kitchen sink, new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, updated paint, new lighting/fixtures, and modern furniture/décor/linens. Enjoy a brand new washer and dryer set, as well as new high-end mattresses.

The condo features a spacious living area with a large kitchen and dining area, breakfast nook, family room and large bedrooms. Enjoy views from the large kitchen window overlooking the gulf to the living room overlooking the intercoastal canal and marina, perfect for viewing wildlife and birds. This unit includes updated kitchenware including a Keurig coffeemaker, as well as plenty of beach toys and chairs. We hope you make it your home away from home in paradise!

40th Anniversary Celebration

The condo is quiet, spacious, comfortable, close to the beach, light, well-appointed, and clean. The location is perfect for visiting Naples and Bonita Springs. The host, John, is just excellent. He managed the reservation process smoothly and was available to answer questions throughout our stay.

Great place with enjoyable views. Enjoyed my morning coffee overlooking the water, watching dolphins, boaters and pickle ball players. So relaxing and great way to start the day. Location is perfect. Owner and property manager responsive to all needs. Can't wait for next year.

It really is only a 3 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins State Park.

Spotlessly clean, comfortably appointed, beautiful view to the north from a large lanai, and trash goes down a chute next to the elevator :-). Yes, it really only takes three minutes to walk to the beach!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this Naples beach condo—it's become our go-to escape year after year, and for good reason. The moment we step inside, it feels like coming home... only better, because home doesn’t come with these breathtaking Gulf views and the sound of waves lulling us back into a natural slower rhythm of life. The condo is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully appointed with everything we need—whether we’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee on the lanai or winding down with a sunset glass of wine. It’s clear the owners have put so much care into creating a space that’s equal parts stylish and comfortable. Every detail is designed for relaxation and ease.The location is unbeatable—steps from the sand, close to great dining, and just far enough off the beaten path to feel private and peaceful. The unit was better than the pictures show. Everything was clean and well kept. We had a wonderful time there, enjoyed the view from the lanai watching the boaters, various bird species and even some dolphins going by. It was very nice to be so close to wiggins beach as well. We enjoyed it so much we even stayed 2 extra days. John the owner was very helpful with a few questions that we had when we arrived. We recommend this condo very highly for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Perfect location

Stayed at this location several times. This unit did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would need. Huge lanai to spend time on watching boats go by as well occasional dolphin sightings. Within walking distance to the beach to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Great pool & spa to relax in. Short drive to many restaurants and shopping.

Location, location, location. This property is perfect. Short walk to beach and beautiful sunsets. Condo unit is clean and has everything you need. Enjoy watching different boats, jet skiers, kayaks and occasionally dolphins from the screened in patio. Unit owner is responsive if required. Great unit.

Lovely Stay

The condo is as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. Easy walk to beach, even if you have small children. John our host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday season in this attractive condo. It's a very short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed several beautiful sunsets. The condo itself was nicely furnished and as described, the building was quiet at night and in a great location. Kitchen utensils are limited but sufficient for basic meals.

Dolphins galore

The apartment has great views and most days we walked to the beach and watched dolphins from the terrace .After an initial issue with hurricane shutters, which was addressed immediately by the owner, we could not have had a better stay.

Great condo with everything you would need for your stay. Wonderful location with just a few minute walk to the beach. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing and we would often see dolphin playing around. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Property is just beautiful. Very well cared for everything is up to date. Lani is big and you get a great view of canals and often see Dolphin and manatees. Pool is very nice and kept clean. Can hardly wait to be back!!!!!
