The Owner's suite and bath are separated by a generous walk-in closet. The second / guest bedroom opens to a full guest bathroom as well. The dining room is located across from the Den which offers additional sleeping space in the form of a comfortable Queen Size Murphy Bed.
There is a Brand New Sofa in the living room and the owners have the condo ready for you to enjoy your stay. The Veranda Condos offer a Front and a Rear Screened Lanai which overlooks the Babcock National Golf Course. The Babcock National Amenity Center includes a clubhouse, restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, resort-style pool, lap lane pool and spa with a tiki bar & grill and a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a sauna and Day Spa for your use. (The Clubhouse and Restaurant will be coming in the near future.) * Additional HOA Fees & Completion of all Transfer Forms will apply to all Babcock National Reservations. Applicable fees will be added to your initial reservation if you are arriving in less than 60 days.* For Arrivals 60 Days or more: You will be Mailing the Mandatory HOA Transfer Membership Forms & a Fee of $150. There is also an Optional $100 Golf Membership Transfer Fee. Gate / Vehicle Transponders are $25 each & Resort Amenity Passes are $25 each.
