It is a very well-equipped, clean property located within one block of the beach and boardwalk. It has two floors with bedrooms and showers on the second floor. There are stairs. We’d stay there again!!

The beach townhome was perfect for our family trip to Va Beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean, and our host provided nice touches with some coffee, teas and other other items to welcome us after our long trip to the area. They also provided plenty of fun beach items and a wagon to carry it all to the beach. Great experience!

This spacious home is generously stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! Kitchen fully equipped, comfy beds and sofas, games, reading materials, and 2 outside decks with table and chairs.1 block from the beach and 2 parking spots. Especially appreciated was a beach cart to carry the umbrella, beach chairs, towels and toys - all supplied by the owners. Great location- close to the action but not too close! Would definitely go back. Miriam, the owner was very gracious and always available.

Miriam was an excellent host with an excellent property. She provided so many little thoughtful things that helped make our stay perfect. The kitchen had anything you could need!! There was a fold out couch, a cot style twin bed, and an air mattress ! The en-suite bathrooms were amazing for privacy. There were beach chairs, a wagon, boogie board, umbrella, and so much more!! We had such an enjoyable stay we are already talking about next time!!

Miriam is one of the kindest and friendliest hosts we have worked with. We travel a lot with VRBO and she is exceptional! The house has everything you would need. Close to the beach. Quiet area. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! It was a game changer for our trip.This will be our go to place for Virginia Beach! See you next year!

We could not have had a better experience at this property. Miriam anticipated our needs, had things on hand that were both important and not usually available in a short term rental (alcohol swaps and bandaids), and was generous with info about the community resources and the property. It's a great location, has comfortable stylish furnishing and some charming decorations. Everything worked well, stove, dishwasher., showers, wifi, streaming services. Hope to stay here again.

This was our first experience using VRBO and we could not be more pleased!! This house was extremely clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Virginia Beach Retreat was exceptional! The property is well cared for and well stocked with all the essentials. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner while there and never needed anything the kitchen didn’t have. A great location too. Boardwalk and beach are just steps away and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes again!

The Virginia Beach Retreat was a 10! The home was extremely warm and welcoming! I have to say impeccable with cleanliness! Our family loved being so close to the beach and close to Waterman’s restaurant. My husband loved being close to the inlet so he could fish. This home is definitely one we will return to stay at again!

Time for tuna

Our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Ideal location and the decor is just lovely. We thoroughly enjoy being able to walk to the marina, restaurants and shopping. Plan to return next summer!!!

We fell in love with this house the minute we saw it. We love every season, and with the city hosting year round activities, we decided to share the dream. Join us at the sweetest spot in the oceanfront.

Why they chose this property

This is the most unique property on the oceanfront. We have views of both the ocean and the marina. We can walk from our front door onto the boardwalk for 3 miles and never encounter a car. At the extreme south of the beach, there is fishing, surfing, shopping, and dining without the chaos. There is no need to drive with something for everyone. Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, large capacity washer/dryer, larges screen TVs, comfortable leather recliners, and so much more.
