Very well kept quiet two-family house with an apartment in the basement. In the garden is a sauna, which can be used by the holiday guests for a fee. After the sauna, you can relax on the large sheltered terrace.

Living room In the bright living room you will find plenty of seating for a cozy evening. Further features include underfloor heating, as well as LCD TV 80cm with HD reception, DVD player, a stereo with CD player, USB, MP3 and radio, X-box with HD player. From the living room leads through 3 large patio doors to the terrace facing south, where you can find almost any time of the day a sunny spot. Kitchen The kitchen connects directly to the spacious living room. Facilities include a heated floors and ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespressomaschiene heard (bring your own capsules), toaster and blender. For 4 people is sufficient crockery and cutlery and various cooking utensils available. Schlafräume After a nice day at the beach, a bike ride or other excursions, our holiday guests in dream 1, a comfortable double bed 1.80 m wide, dream 2, two comfortable beds 90 cm wide, 7 zones mattresses mit mite protection, 7 zones bed frames and Kompfortablen bedding. Beds are made, in which one finds restful sleep. In the roomy wardrobe you will find enough space to stow your clothes. Floor heating Wellness It is modern and comfortably equipped with a bathtub with Echtglasduschabtrennung, sink, a hair dryer and a towel heater, towels are available, toilet with lift system, underfloor heating. For our younger guests there is also a footstool for the sink. The Ferinewohnung of course, a large terrace with garden furniture on the evening you can end the day.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 11:00.

Erwartungen erfüllt!

Freundliche,großzügige und hell eingerichtete Wohnung für 4 Personen - im Sommer ist die Terasse ein zusätzliches Plus. Küche ist super ausgestattet, falls man so wie wir mehr kochen möchte als nur Nudeln mit Tomatensoße.... Lage in Pelzerhaken ruhig im Wohngebiet und fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Falls das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen sollte, sind auch diverse nette Brett- und Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden.

Moderne, freundliche Wohnung mit allem, was das Urlauberherz begehrt

Im entspannten Surfer- und Urlaubsort Pelzerhaken liegt die Wohnung zwar nicht ganz so zentral (in 10 Minuten ist man aber auch zu Fuß am Strand), aber dafür sehr ruhig in einer angenehmen Nebenstraße. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Weitere Parkplätze an der Straße sind jederzeit frei. Die Wohnung ist erst seit 2017 in der Vermietung und daher in einem super Zustand. Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Küche sind trotz der Souterrain-Lage sehr hell. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und zum Schlafen angenehm temperiert. Bad, Küche sowie alle weiteren Räume waren bei unserer Ankunft absolut sauber. Zur Begrüßung standen im Kühlschrank jeweils eine kostenlose Flasche Hugo, Prosecco und Mineralwasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen, so zeigen sich die freundlichen Vermieter, die in der Wohnung darüber wohnen, jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pelzerhaken und würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung einkehren.
