Welcome at our place!!
Our spacious, family-friendly, comfortable newly renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet MfH.
The apartment is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac without motor vehicle traffic.
In just a few minutes you can reach the main bathing beach, the dog beach and the spa center.
All shops, doctor and pharmacy as well as restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and flat-screen TV in each room, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a living room with dining area and kitchenette.

A highlight is the large window front to the balcony.
The sunny balcony with seating invites you to linger (including awning).
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A garage is also available.

Children can easily play on the property and on the street, as there is no vehicle traffic due to the quiet cul-de-sac location.

The facility is in a very good condition and is extremely quiet.

The apartment has been awarded 4 stars by the tourism association and is extremely popular with our guests.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Strandnähe

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, hat alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 10min erreichbar. Auch zum Zentrum von Grömitz kann man bequem zu Fuss gehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse, aber ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Zu Fuss keine 10 min. und schon ist man am Strand und den Lokalitäten. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile ist etwas klein und man hat wenig Stauraum, aber hat alles gepasst für uns. Auch das Bad ist sehr klein, aber man kann sich gut damit arrangieren.Das einzige stark gewöhnungsbedürftige ist die steile Treppe mit den hohen Stufen, da musste ich sehr aufpassen durch meine Knieverletzung, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Parkgarage ist sehr eng, aber man kann sich auch absprechen und das Auto davor parken, dass klappte bei uns ganz gut 👍....wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung 🤗

Schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Wir waren für 1 Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es standen viele Bücher und Puzzle für Kinder zur Verfügung. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten.

Günstig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Ruhige Lage in relativer Nähe zum Strand/Strandpromenade. Von dort ist das Ortszentrum und die meisten Restaurants ohne weiteres zu Fuß erreichbar. Die FeWo hat zwei schöne Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr eng, im Wohnzimmer steht nur eine Eckcouch zur Verfügung.

Perfektes Feriendomizil für Familien mit Hund

Bei wunderschönem Wetter durften wir eine herrliche Woche in Grömitz verbringen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Hundestrand oder um am Deich spazieren zu gehen. Wir danken für die schöne Zeit.

Wir hatten 1 schöne Woche an der Ostsee und die Wohnung hat ihren Teil dazu beigetragen. Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung, ruhige und gute Lage (zum Hundestrand und zur Promenade keine 10 Minuten) sowie sehr sauber. Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Der steile Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist mit Kleinkind und Gepäck etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Abwicklung war sehr angenehm und total unbürokratisch.

Sehr schöne Familien-Wohnung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Gerade mit Kindern ein Traum...mega viele Bücher und Spiele für die Kids in der Wohnung vorhanden. Strandnähe perfekt und ruhig gelegen...sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt herrlich ruhig und hat ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen. Alles was wir brauchten war da, die Vermieterin sehr nett und stets für Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehme, gut gelegene und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir (2 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund) haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war bei Ankunft sauber und der Check in lief problemlos. Sogar bei anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten durch den kaputten WLAN Router hat uns Frau Holm freundlich und entgegenkommend zur Seite gestanden. Lediglich war es schwierig die mitgebrachten Lebensmittel zu verstauen. Wir würden trotzdem auch wieder kommen :)

Das Objekt an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Lediglich der steile Treppenauf-/Abgang ist gerade mit Hund und Gepäck etwas unglücklich. Die Lage ist super, innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten waren wir mit unserem Hund am Hundestrand.
