Loved Casa Azul

Our family booked a couple of nights here and absolutely loved our stay. The house is very clean, well stocked with linens, dishes and cookware. Our host was very responsive from the first inquiry to post check out. The house is in a great location for a quick getaway with easy access to the lake. We would book here again.

Great Stay!

We had a great visit. The check in was easy. The house had lots of space and was very clean. We enjoyed access to the neighborhood parks, the boat ramp, and the hot tub in the back yard. Tuky was great at communicating before our visit. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen with island work well for our pizza night and Birthday dinner plan. Set up of house worked well for us. The bunk beds are a little shaky and would recommend for kiddos on top bunks only.

Great weekend getaway home

We were in town for a family wedding that took place in this neighborhood. Though we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, there seems to be a lot of local parks and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The house itself fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean and spacious enough for several adults. The owner communicated quickly with questions that we had.

When we first walked into the house the temp was at 85, which I understand is a cost saving technique but it meant that it took about 8 hours to get the house cooled to a reasonable temperature. We also noticed within an hour of walking around that our socks and feet were black from how disgusting the floor was and the floor was visibly dirty. We had to mop the entire house with an equally dirty mop to save our socks and feet. The walls had tons of grime and stains as well but that wasn’t a huge deal. When we wanted to clean up after ourselves we noticed there was no spare paper towel and the trash cans outside were already filled when we got there so we couldn’t empty our own trash. When stripping the beds in the front three bedrooms it was genuinely horrifying to see all the stains on the mattresses and pillows (yellow AND red) and my hands felt grimy touching sheets that had never been touched. There was indistinguishable trash/food/something in one of the nightstands as well.

Beautiful property

Had a hiccup upon arrival but the owner worked quickly to resolve the matter. House was clean and smelled great. We were there for our son's wedding so did not have the opportunity to take advantage of some of the perks but the owner made sure we were informed and the opportunity was available if we had. I love the dense population of deer. Would definitely rent again.
