Guest Access:
Key collection for entry into the unit is at a nearby location (6 min drive) and instructions will be provided.

Guests have full access to the Lake Buena Vista Resort amenities with the key card provided.

• Please be advise that the refrigerator is currently out of service and cannot be used at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolve the issue promptly.
• Please note that we will require $50 deposit for the room keys. We will return the deposit once we confirm that the keys are left in the room.
• Key pick up is at an offsite location close by (8 min drive)
