About this property
Small villa in the wild garden
With a lot of love and a sense for stylish details, we have renovated the small villa, which is approx.
It is intended for people who want to escape their stressful everyday life and want to relax.
Here you can book aroma therapy massages or osteopathic treatments as often as desired in the villa.
It is also very suitable as a weekend domicile for people from the city who want to explore the Bergisches Land on foot or by bike in order to recharge in this natural environment.
In front of the house there is a beautiful natural stone sun terrace on the south side. The view sweeps over the garden and old orchard into the vast landscape.
A large, plateau-like meadow area connects the house and the forest.
From here there is direct access to numerous hiking trails starting right at the house.
In the small courtyard of the house you can enjoy your breakfast.
Apart from the host's house, there are no other houses on the site.
Shops are five minutes away by car.
Restaurants, cafes, a shopping center and a cinema can be found in nearby Gummersbach, 6 km away.
On the street in front of the entrance to the small villa are the bus stops to Gummersbach or Ründeroth, with connections to the train to Cologne.
A short gravel path leads from the country road between meadows down to the property.
