Saubere Zimmer, guter Empfang,Nachteil: Wir wurden bei Ankunft an Rezeption abgewiesenweil wir im privaten Bereich gebucht hätten. Wir sollten das nächste Mal dort direkt buchen.

Die Objekte in Granzow sind alle in die Jahre gekommen aber der Eigentümer schein dran zu bleiben. Wir hatten Bekannte die parallel in zwei weiteren Häusern waren in deutlich schlechteren Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Dame vor Ort ist bestens. Der Service dir Dame ist Lobenswert! Es sollten die Nebenkosten vor Buchung mehr öffentlich gemacht werden. Es sind ca. 100 bis 150 Euro. Trotzdem weit unter dem Preis was der Park verlangt. Die Umgebungen ist für Familien top. Ob Spielplatz, Fahrrad fahren, Angeln, Badestelle usw., man kann einen entspannten Familienurlaub genießen. Unsere Kinder beide 8 Jahre haben immer sofort Anschluß gefunden. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wenn es passt kommen wir gerne wieder.

Generationentreffen

Der Aufenthalt hatte voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Baden gehen, Rad fahren, Kanu fahren, Angel gehen, auf dem großen Spielplatz sich ausprobieren oder grillen am Ferienhaus war alles kein Problem. Verleihstationen für Räder und Boote aller Art im Park. So muss es sein! Super

Versteckte Nebenkosten und Verstopfter Abfluss

Altes Ferienhaus.Staub und Dreck unter den Möbeln. Unser Hund hatte sein Spielzeug unter die Möbel verloren und es kamen riesen Staub und Haarbüschel vor. In dem Bad war ständig ein muffiger Geruch nach Fäkalien.Abfluss war verstopft und man konnte nur jeweils 1x duschen in ca. 3 std. Sonst war das klo und Dusche voll mit Rückstau der Fäkalien. Internet ständig ausgefallen.Bei Fewo war bei der Buchung in der Beschreibung kein Wort von Strom und Wasser extra Kosten.Dann hieß es 40cent pro kwh. Reinste Abzocke und Bereicherung an Nebenkosten. Hätte man bei Fewo storniert, wären trotzdem Kosten entstanden. Man wurde nixcht vorher informiert welche extrakosten noch dzu kommen.Es war schon extrem teuer und man verfolgte die Absicht noch mehr zu verdienen mit überhöhten Nebenkosten. Finger weg und dort nicht seine Ferien buchen.Besser ein gutes Hotel und mn spart noch dabei.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das in die Jahre gekommene Ferienhaus war weitestgehend zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war für 3 Übernachtungen völlig ausreichen. Die Zufahrt im Ferienpark ist etwas abenteuerlich.

Es war eine gelungene Auszeit

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Betreuung von Frau Godknecht und Herr Simmendinger war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Das Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Man kann direkt vor Ort gut essen gehen und hat wunderschöne Ausflüge zeitnah. Wer die Natur, das Wandern, sowie das Wasser liebt, ist dort genug richtig.

Heizung defekt, Nebenkosten unverschämt!

Fußbodenheizung im Wohnzimmer ohne Wirkung, Fußbodenheizung im Bad defekt, somit eiskaltes Badezimmer ohne Heizmöglichkeit während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. Heizen im Haus nur mit kleinem Kamin oder Elektroheizung, Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser) total überzogene Preise...z.B. ein qm3 Wasser war z.B. 5mal so teuer wie im teuersten Berliner Bezirk...Nebenkosten absolut "unverschämt"!

Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Es ist gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern als auch der Verwalterin war problemlos. Bei Fragen waren Diese sofort erreichbar. Das Haus liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom See entfernt. Für den Preis bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

Urlaubserfahrung, Komf Ferienhs mit Sauna, Terrasse und großem Wohnraum.

Hallo, wir haben eine Woche Urlaub mit unseren beiden Hunden in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und für uns, mit Hunden, war die Lage/Gegend optimal. Positiv war auch die allgemeine Ruhe am Ferienhaus bzw. auf der Terrasse. Das Restaurant auf der Ferienanlage können wir nur empfehlen, freundliches Personal und gute Küche. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist nicht Top Modern und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, finden wir. Zusätzlich fanden wir die W-LAN Variante, begrenztes Volumen pro Tag, nicht Zeitgemäß. Ein gepflegterer Garten und geschnittener Rasen wäre wünschenswert gewesen!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark. Der Strand ist recht klein und gehört eigentlich zur Gemeinde Mirow. ACHTUNG die Nebenkosten und Endreinigung sind im Buchungspreis nicht enthalten die Putzfrau wird sich bei Ankunft melden und einen Termin vereinbaren um die Kaution abzuholen. Bei abreise muss wieder ein Termin eingehalten werden um evtl. nachzuzahlen. Hatte ich so auch noch nie. Ich finde bei dem Preis könnten die Nebenkosten enthalten sein.
