Looking to shift your attitude to relaxation and vacation mode? Then look no further than our Lake View Latitude Adjustment! The amazing decks and stunning lake views are sure to lift your latitude and attitude.

We look forward to hosting you at our lake view condo, where we provide special amenities and thoughtful touches for our guests throughout their stay.

It's right by Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. There is free wifi and smart TV, cable in both the living room and master, a grill and outdoor seating, and cozy furniture. Come enjoy the marina and world-class golf courses! It's 15 min to Eureka Springs, 33 min to Turpentine Wildlife Rescue, 35 min to Dogwood Canyon, and 1 hr Silver Dollar City.

Two Off-street parking spots are available. There is a flight of stairs to walk down to the property. Keypad door lock for easy guests access.
If you are planning to bring a trailer, please let us know prior to arrival so we can make accommodations for you to park at the marina nearby. Trailers are not permitted to park in the parking area.

Close to the marina, community pool, and lake access.
No trailers are allowed, and they are NOT to be parked as per the covenants/restrictions of Holiday Island.

Property was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, and in a very peaceful/safe location. It was neat getting to read the guest book as well. The internet was a little slow, so our kids couldn’t watch any streaming services (although the internet speed test said things were fine), and it didn’t impact regular internet usage. Definitely would stay again!

Nice location and great property.

The property was at a good location. It has nice amenities and is fully equipped. It was pet friendly. The house is well maintained. The host, Aspen was very good in communicating for any questions as it was our first time using a VRBO location.

Great Place To Enjoy the Outdoors

If you like decks and patios, this is your place! Property has all the main living essentials you need and a week kept interior, exterior and community neighborhood. Although we visited in the early spring, we had the area mainly to ourselves, but i can see this bring a crazy fun place in summer if you like lake living!

My wife and son really enjoyed staying at the property. The area was beautiful and very quiet. We had all the amenities we needed and the coffee was great! Loved it.

Went down to have a mom/daughter weekend. We brought our dogs with us, the property made us and our dogs feel very welcomed. There are steep steps to get down to the house, but we had an amazing time!
