Terrace: a beautiful outdoor space with garden furniture to enjoy the sun from morning to evening.



Kitchen: fully equipped for your family meals refrigerator, microwave/grill, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, utensils, filter coffee maker, TASSIMO coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



Living room: bright and welcoming, with sofa bed (140x200 2 persons).



Bedroom: two single beds (80x190) side by side for restorative sleep.



Bathroom: bathtub, towel rack, hairdryer and toilet.



Other equipment: Wifi included, Child safety gate at the top of the stairs, duvets, blankets and pillows provided.



Parking: private outdoor parking within the residence (non-designated, subject to availability).



Residence: outdoor covered swimming pool (open from 1 April to 31 October) and self-service laundry.

Pentrez beach is only 500 metres away perfect for a swim or a walk at sunset.

The town centre is 1.5 km away, ideal for a leisurely stroll, and at 6 km, you will find all the shops and restaurants necessary to taste local specialities.
