Voyageuse de mauvaise foi. Elle a profité du fait que cette annonce est récente et ne possède pas encore beaucoup d’avis pour tenter d’obtenir un remboursement en me faisant du chantage au mauvais commentaire.
Je leur ai pourtant permis d’entrer dans l’appartement avant l’heure officielle de check-in à titre de geste commercial. En revanche, au moment du départ, ils n’ont pas souhaité quitter le logement à l’heure de check-out indiquée.
Elle a déplacé la machine à laver afin de prendre une photo de la poussière qui se trouvait au-dessous de celle-ci. Après mon refus de lui accorder une compensation financière, elle a commencé à rechercher le moindre défaut dans l’appartement, à prendre de nombreuses photos et à contacter la plateforme Vrbo pour réclamer le remboursement de leur commission.
Je déconseille cette voyageuse aux autres hôtes en raison de son comportement opportuniste et de ses demandes injustifiées.
