A bit of Paradise!

We love St Martin and had a wonderful stay at Alain's place. The two bedroom apt was spacious and well out fitted. Being right on Grand Case beach was spectacular and on the other side mere steps to the best restaurants! We will definitely stay again next year.

Absolute paradise!

We have been vacationing in St Martin for years and this place was our favorite. The condo has the best beach in all of St Martin and right beside Rainbow Cafe. You can use there beach chairs for free. My wife is ready to book our next trip here.

Highly recommend - great location and place to stay

The apartment is located in a great location - right on the beach and next to near all the restaurants. The check-in/out process was smooth, host was super responsive, and everything was clean. Only complaint would be that parking is not guaranteed, which was only problematic a couple times and to be expected for the area.
