For shared use: large garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (25 x 35 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground, parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach, thermal baths 850 m. Die ursprüngliche Unterkunft war wegen eines Wasserrohrbruches nicht verfügbar. Es wurden zwei Apartments bereitgestellt. Eine davon war mäßig gereinigt. Außerdem war der Stromanschluss in diesem Apartment schnell überlastet. Die Übergaben bei An- und Abreise waren unkompliziert.

Karge Ausstattung, toller Pool

Vor allem die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich und in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Außenbereich ist wegen der kaputten Hecke nicht wirklich vom Nachbarn abgetrennt, eine Liege wäre auch schön. Zumal viele andere Häuser auf dem Gelände eine deutlich bessere Ausstattung haben. Der Pool ist mit großen und kleinen Kindern ideal, Bäcker, eine gute Pizzeria und Eisdielen sind um die Ecke. WLAN - trotz Angabe - ist nicht vorhanden!

Die Küche ist einer Grundausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfen, und weiteren Haushaltswaren ausgestattet, wenn jedoch Utensilien fehlen, so bitten wir Sie, das Team vor Ort zu informieren. Gern wird geholfen. Der Hinweis auf die Hecken wurden dem Verwalter des Dorfes gemeldet. Bezüglich des Wlan kam es leider zu einer Ausnahmesituation, aufgrund eines Sturms fiel es in Bibione 3 Tage lang aus, dennoch assistierten di Kollegen vor Ort, um das Problem schnellstmöglich zu beheben. Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie dennoch erneut in einer unserer Ferienobjekte begrüßen dürfen.

+ Für große und kleine Kinder toller Pool, gute Lage mit Bäcker, toller Eisdiele und Pizzeria um die Ecke. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr dürftig ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist so schlecht ausgestattet, dass kochen kaum möglich ist. Der Außenbereich ist wegen der kaputten Hecke kaum vom Nachbarn abgetrennt, keine Liege, Grill ist nicht benutzbar. WLAN ist - trotz Angabe - nicht verfügbar. Für den nächsten Urlaub würde ich trotz der Vorteile eine andere Unterkunft buchen, bzw. eine Ferienwohnung in der Anlage von einem anderen Besitzer, mit besserer Ausstattung.
