Cottage on two levels: kitchen overlooking a terrace and garden, sofa BZ and TV, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 90 bunk beds, 2 beds 140. Bathroom - wc. Sheets that can be provided at the request. Final cleaning proposed € 50. Commendable House from May to late October (half season heating equipment). Outside laundry room. Wifi connection possible. Rural house with independent Garden located on a wine estate of the Blanquette of Limoux appellation, in an environment of hills of vineyards and small forests of pines and Oaks. You are next to the site of the Cathar country of the Abbey of Saint Hilaire where Don Pérignon crossing the Abbey monk discovered the champagne method. Carcassonne is 20 minutes away and the beaches at 1 o'clock. Calm and walks nearby trails. Portico children, boules, garden furniture and barbecue.
