The house was renovated (2023.) and is situated on its own 250m2 plot with a beautiful garden. Parking is private in front of the house and the garden with barbecue and garden furniture is for private use.
The holiday home Carla offers space for 2-4 people and is spread over 125m2 on two floors.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious air-conditioned living room with access to a terrace with seating and a garden, which also has seating, a barbecue, a bench and sun loungers, as well as a bathroom with a shower/WC.

The owner lives in the upper part of the house with a separate entrance, but the garden and courtyard are for the exclusive use of the guests.
