Centrally located apartment for 2 people with a terrace.
The 2016 completely renovated apartment is located in a building with beautifully designed outdoor facilities and gardens.
Our rental price includes all utilities, taxes and final cleaning.
The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette including a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooker, coffee machine and toaster.
Bedroom with two single beds, which are put together to a double bed.
The bedroom has air conditioning and mosquito screens in front of the window.
Use of washing machines in our spacious washing and drying area.
5 minutes to the main street Nuestra Avenida de Carmen and the beach (Hoplaco and Waikiki).
Astra 19.2 and Hotbird (German, Spanish and international channels).
WiFi included.

Absolutely fabulous little place ! Spotlessly clean, beds are super comfortable. Apartment is in a very private courtyard with 3 other apartments , it has its own private outdoor space.Extremely secure and in a very quiet area of town .Although the short walk down takes you straight into the middle of the high street. We absolutely love it here it's our second visit in 12 weeks and would not hesitate to rebook it again .Joa is a wonderful person who is on hand anytime of day . Thank you once again and we hope to see you soon .

wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung lag ideal zum Ort Corralejo. Der Check-in durch Thomas lies keine Fragen offen. Dem gesamten Team um Thomas, nochmals herzlichen Dank und wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir wieder.

Lovely garden apartment with everything you could need in quiet but central area

Really lovely small complex of four apartments, ours been Casa Thomas with a lovely garden with table and chairs and two sun loungers, and cushions supplied. Inside the kitchen / lounge is well laid out, kitchen is well supplied with utensils, and there is even a small dishwasher. The laundry room is in a separate outbuilding but is not an issue at all, with a dryer if required and an ironing board. The bedroom is spacious, with a comfy bed and lots of wardrobe and storage space. The location is perfect, peaceful during both the day and a night but only around a five minute walk to the main Street/beach front. Have already booked to stay again and would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Excellent location

We loved staying at the apartment it’s perfectly situated for the main town attractions but in a quiet enough location to allow for peace and quiet! The apartment was very clean and well fitted out with all the facilities you need for your stay! I would highly recommend this apartment to a couple looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the towns shops and restaurants.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Très beau logement. Pas très grand mais astucieusement aménagé et rénové il y a peu. Eléments favorables: très bien situé dans le centre de Corralejo, une belle petite terrasse, un équipement complet, une literie de très très bonne qualité, la clim' qui fonctionne TB dans la chambre, une smart tv (pour quelques films en français) et le propriétaire qui est extrêmement réactif dès qu'on le contacte. Eventuel petit bémol: l'appartement a tendance à chauffer le début d'après-midi... Mais ceci est largement compensé via la climatisation très efficace. Bref, à recommander sans hésiter pour deux personnes.

Owner very attentive to our needs

Extremely clean and well furnished property, right down to loungers, table and chairs with parasol in garden. Caretaker was there to meet us at property on arrival and explain everything. Arranging date and time for the weekly clean as we stayed for 11 nights. Proper air con in bedroom made for a pleasant night sleep, something we found other properties did not provide. It was nice to have a separate laundry facility for washing and ironing. The garden was a relaxing and private place to be and because of the security arrangements we felt safe. It was very useful having a proper safe in each property which usually only hotels provide. The details of the property are exact...500 metres to shops and beach is about right.

La nostra esperienza nella casa di Thomas si racchiude in una sola parola "MERAVIGLIOSA",

Ci ha fatto vivere una favola, posta in una posizione strategica, vicina al centro di Corralejo ma allo stesso tempo protetta dal caos notturno, la casa molto accogliente nuova e con tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno, dotata di un piccolo giardino esterno ma attrezzatissimo di tavolo sedie ombrellone e lettini. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Grazie anche a Chili la signora che ci ha accolti, gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ancora grazie.

Schön aber laut

Bei der Casa Thomas handelt es sich um eine schöne, frisch renovierte Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein schönes kleines Bad, eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und eine ausreichend ausgestattete Küche. Die Gartenmöbel sind praktisch und hübsch. Der Vermieter Thomas ist bemüht und sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Objekt der Casa Thomas liegt direkt an einer ansteigenden Straße auf der nicht nur PKWs, sondern auch schwere Laster mit Schwung die Steigung nehmen. Durch die gegenüberliegende Bebauung und die ungünstigen Schallentwicklungen bewirkt dies eine nicht unerhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam noch dazu, dass direkt gegenüber dem Objekt Bauarbeiten (Kreissäge, Vorschlaghammer, Dieselgenerator) an einem Rohbau stattfanden, die für zusätzliche Lärmbelastungen ab 9 Uhr morgens gesorgt haben. Insgesamt betrachtet, haben wir die Wohnung als schön und komfortabel ab auch als lärmintensiv empfunden.

Ideale Lage - ruhig aber zentral - tolle Ausstattung

Ich habe eine sehr entspannte Woche im Februar 2017 dort verbringen dürfen. Ein schön saniertes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man keinen Leihwagen vor Ort hat. Man ist in 3-4 Gehminuten auf der Haupteinkaufsstraße, auf der sich Lokalitäten, Boutiquen und vieles mehr befinden. Von dort sind es auch nur noch 3 Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Man kann also alles super zu Fuß erledigen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Obwohl so zentral gelegen, ist es doch eine ruhige Straße. Der Vermieter Thomas ist schnell erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Ich fand das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut top. Ein hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Apartment mit guten Betten und einem großen Fernseher. Klein aber fein. Danke und bis nächstes Jahr :-)

Nette Wohnung in günstiger Lage

In den 14 Tagen haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und mit hübschen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Von den anderen Bewohnern der übrigen Wohnungen haben wir nichts gehört. Ein Supermarkt ist in ca 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum sind wir 10 Minuten gegangen. Wir werden bestimmt diese Wohnung nochmals buchen. Marieanne aus Bremen

Die Wohnung genügt höchsten Ansprüchen und ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Das Bad ist mit hochwertigenFliesen und Armaturen sehr stilvoll.Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig. Wohnzimmer und Küche gehen harmonisch in einander über und ist mit elektr. Geräten voll ausgerüstet,Deutsches Fernsehen!Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Betreuung der Vermieter ist vorbildlich !Freizeitmöglichkeiten bietet der Ort reichlich. Dieses Domizil ist empfehlenswert !
