SPACIOUS 3BD - 2BA DUPLEX WITH FAMILY ROOM, KING BED-LAUNDRY ROOM & FIREPLACE
Welcome to Chicago! Our 3bed/2bath unit is perfect for both leisure & business travelers. We are conveniently located within 15 minutes from O’Hare in the very safe Jefferson Park neighborhood and a short distance to Jefferson Park Transit Center (Trains) & Highways.
The Space:
You’ll have access to the entire 1st floor duplex apartment which includes the first floor and the garden level. This is a private apartment in a two unit home, with shared common spaces (back yard & laundry room).
To ensure everyone who stays feel like they are at home and can settle right in, the following amenities are provided to all guests!
- Cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
- High Speed Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, waffle maker, coffee pot, tea kettle, and toaster.
- The apartment home is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, toilet paper, sponges & hand soap and dish soap. You name it, we provide it to make you feel at home!
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, etc.

Additional rules:
Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.
1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.
2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at the property. Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay. There will be a $50.00 charge per guest, per day for each additional unauthorized guest and/or additional guest will removed from the property for trespassing.
3.) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
4.) No outside shoes on any carpeted area, specifically the lower level.
5.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit. Please feel free to smoke in backyard and on porch. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed inside the home.
6.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.
7.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.
8.) Lockouts will result in a $50 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.
9.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Any check out (2) hours beyond the agreed upon check out time will result in a charge for an additional day. This does not award you possession for an additional day. This is a penalty.
10.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests. If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.
11.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Please contact host. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
12.) Lost and Found: We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.
13) Any complaints received by host or through VRBO will be addressed immediately. By placing the complaint, guest are authorizing host to enter the apartment home to remedy the situation.
-Government ID, Security Deposit and further screening may be required on the following bookings. 1) Last minute bookings 2) Short weekend stays 3) Large groups 4) Guests with no reviews 5) Guests with incomplete profile 6) Instant Bookings 7) Some properties may not allow locals for short term reservations. -If there's an issue during your stay, please report it to us real time so we can address it right away.
Please note: By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - I acknowledge that I may be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card prior to check in.
