HostnFly offers this 18 m² studio, a former commercial space fully renovated, located on the ground floor of a building in the 7th arrondissement, overlooking a charming tree-lined courtyard. Ideal for a business or leisure stay, it can accommodate up to 2 people and enjoys an exceptional location: just 850 meters from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower.

A comfortable and fully equipped accommodation
This bright, modern studio features a living area with a fully equipped, functional kitchen, a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The studio does not have windows.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay:
Nespresso coffee machine (large capsules), kettle, toaster, microwave
TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay to ensure maximum comfort.
A lively and conveniently located neighborhood
Just 100 meters from École Militaire metro station, the apartment offers easy access to all of Paris. You’ll be close to the Hôtel des Invalides (4 min on foot), Champ de Mars (10 min), Théâtre de la Tour Eiffel (12 min), and of course, the Eiffel Tower (15 min).
The area is full of shops, bars, and restaurants. A Carrefour City is only 140 meters away. Loved by both locals and visitors, it combines Parisian charm with convenience.

There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
