Detached DREAM HOLIDAY HOUSE BODENSEE with garden

The lovingly newly renovated family home with approx. 100sqm will definitely meet your good taste. Fully furnished house with designer furniture in a quiet residential area. Very nice real wood parquet floor.
By bike at ground level in less than 5 minutes at the lake. There are shopping opportunities within walking distance.
In the beautiful 400 sqm garden there is a pavilion for relaxing hours during the day or in the evening.
Beach chairs are available.
2 TVs, once in the bedroom and in the living-dining area with cable connection
Parking space available.

Dog owners and four-legged friends are very welcome in my house.
I ask for your understanding that I charge a fee of 5.00 euros per dog and day. Thank you very much.

The property is ideally situated for exploring the major sites of Lake Constance. It is very pet-friendly with a safely-enclosed garden. A very good supermarket is within easy walking distance. Off road parking is available. The property is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. It is very warm, well-equipped and comfortable. One non-functioning light was immediately repaired by the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles super sauber. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Zum Bodensee nur 15 Min. zu Fuß. Apotheke, Edeka nur paar Minuten zu Fuß. Alles tip top. Beide Daumen nach oben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in einem schönen, individuell eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Den Weg zum See kann man mit einem Spaziergang verbinden.Sehr zu empfehlen...

Ruhig gelegenes Traumhaus

Es war erholsam und gemütlich. Den Pavillion im Garten, bei schönem Wetter nutzen, einfach toll. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausreichend für zwei. Die Betten sind top. Das Badezimmer ist groß und modern. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung des Hauses stilvoll.Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Ein paar erholsame Tage am Bodensee mit unserem Hund in einem schönen Haus mit Garten.Das Haus war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.In der Küche gab es alles was für einen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist. Der direkte Zugang zum Garten hat unserem Hund sehr gefallen.Eine ruhige Gegend und eine sehr nette Vermieterin haben den Aufenthalt zur Erholung gemacht.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Weihnachtstage in dem so liebevoll geschmückten Haus dort verbracht.Die Vermieterin ist eine außergewöhnliche Frau! So lag am Heiligenabend ein Geschenk vor der Tür, wie auch zum Abschied ein Glücksbringer für 2025 --so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt.Wenn wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder.

In diesem Traumhaus den Urlaub zu verbringen, ist ein Genuss! Hier passt wirklich alles. Die Einrichtung ist der absolute Hammer...aber erst die Vermieterin! Wahnsinn. Durch die Anmeldung hatte sie mein Geburtsdatum erfahren und mir einen riesigen Blumenstrauß nebst Geburtstagspiccolo vor die Tür gestellt. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.....Wir sind so begeistert (auch von der Umgebung, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw.), dass wir über die Weihnachtsfeiertage unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus gebucht haben....Irmhild Franz

Ruhige lage.

Sehr schöne lage für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Im nahe gelegenem Feld ideal für Gassi Runden. Restaurants liegen etwa 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, wie auch ein kleiner Edeka. Mit dem Auto kommt mann schnell in alle Richtungen. Würde das Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Traumhaus. Super super sauber. Sehr schöne, hochwertige, aufeinander abgestimmte Design-Einrichtung. Viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten sind inklusive (z. B. Seife, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Küchenrolle, etc.). Zusätzlich ein separates WC im Erdgeschoss (fehlte damals in der Beschreibung). Toller Garten, komplett umzäunt mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, ruhige Wohngegend. Sehr nette Vermieterin und absolut unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Das Willkommenspaket hat uns sehr überrascht und gefreut. Fußläufig sind Pizzeria Piazza (sehr zu empfehlen) und weitere Restaurants sowie Bäckereien zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an ganz vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir und unser Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage mit Hund

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Mit dem Hund ist man am Ende der Straße direkt im Wald und auch ansonsten ist man schnell zu Fuß in Unteruhldingen z B an der Fähre (nach Mainau etc) oder es gibt einen schönen Spazierweg zur Basilika Birnau. In Meersburg und Überlingen ist man in wenigen Autominuten.
