Baignoire rempli de linge salle des anciens occupants à notre arrivée. Protège matelas taché. 12 degrés dans le chalet. Forte odeur d’égouts persistant dans le chalet.La propriétaire nous a demandé de localiser l’origine de l’odeur puis nous a demandé de lui emballer le linge salle des anciens locataires. Lunaire comme location. Elle nous a assuré qu’un concierge était passé remettre le chalet en état pour notre arrivée, c’est impossible, l’état général du chalet vraiment médiocre

Merci pour votre retour. Le chalet a été rénové et est entretenu avec sérieux à chaque séjour. Le point concernant le linge correspond à un oubli ponctuel de la conciergerie lié à un quiproquo de communication lors de la préparation du logement. Cet incident a été identifié et pris en compte. Concernant l’odeur évoquée, les conditions météorologiques étaient ce jour-là particulièrement difficiles, avec d’importantes chutes de neige. En zone de montagne, cela peut occasionner très ponctuellement des remontées d’odeurs dans les canalisations, phénomène rare et non habituel. Le système du chalet est conçu pour être remis en circulation à l’arrivée par les voyageurs, comme indiqué dans les informations d’accueil. Nous avons tenté de prendre contact immédiatement afin d’intervenir, mais le dialogue n’a pas pu se poursuivre, ce qui n’a pas permis une résolution sur le moment. Le logement reste entretenu avec sérieux et nous intervenons toujours dès qu’un imprévu est signalé.
