Captain Jack's Pearl is located on the ground floor at Seamist Condominiums in Port Aransas. This one of a kind "Parrot Head" condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Seamist Condos are in a great location for a nice walk to the beach and still close to downtown Port Aransas. They are nestled in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town, a nearby private wooden boardwalk allows safe access to the beach. If you are looking for a great value Condo with everything you need for a relaxing stay in Port Aransas then look no further.1 assigned parking space. No Boats or Trailers
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Great location, great stay

We were very happy with this place. It was clean and comfortable and met our needs. The best part for me was how close it was to the beach - just a short boardwalk. We have a 4 month old baby and knew we would have to carry her and anything else we wanted to bring to the beach but this place was ground level and easy access. The pool was a nice feature as well. It is also close to all the shops and activities in town.
