LIVING AREA
Unwind into vacation mode on the large sectional (which converts to a sleeper) in the stylish living area. Watch favorite shows on the 55” TV with cable and streaming Roku device.
KITCHEN & DINING
Sleek white granite countertops and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances welcome you to the fully equipped kitchen. Craft tasty meals in a snap with the quick induction cooktop. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table, which seats six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This second-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Find ultimate comfort in the spacious master suite, complete with a king bed, cozy siting area, 50” TV with cable and Roku streaming, walk-in closet, direct balcony access, and an oversized en-suite bathroom with a garden soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with two full-size beds and a 42” TV with Roku streaming and a spacious closet.
The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee and enjoy the fresh coastal air on your private covered balcony, furnished with seating for four.
Splash in the sparkling resort-style community pool (heated and open year-round), featuring a poolside bar (open seasonally). Cabanas are available for rental, see Palmilla Beach Guest Services.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable & streaming TV, board games and in unit washer/dryer. One assigned parking space and one unmarked parking space in the parking lot directly adjacent to the building. Additional on-site parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. The course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses. And with a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game. Uncover a new golf experience each time you play!
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
For on-site walkable bars and dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Hours will vary by season.

THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great condo
We were able to stay for a week and had everything we needed. The beach chair setup was a great perk of staying in Palmilla and then to go warm up a bit in the pool after was just the thing. Inside the condo everything was well stocked and clean. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great Bang for the Buck
I have been visiting Port Aransas for many years. This condo was one of the very best. The unit looks brand new and was spotless. Extremely comfortable with well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom amenities. Great, quiet location near PortA within easy walk to beach. Self check in was smooth and painless late at Night. I highly recommend this unit for a comfortable, hassle free visit to Port A!

Dirty sofa
The living room furniture specially the sofa was incredibly dirty and stained. I can't belive you charge what you charge and can ha e a sofa in those conditions in a "luxury" property.

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It is stunning in person and roomier then I expected which was very welcome. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 kids. You could definitely accommodate 6 people. The balcony was roomy too. The architecture on the buildings is so nice to look at and so many. The condo was so relaxing to come back to after the beach and pool. The deep bath in master was fun for my youngest. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner and the oven was easy to use and fridge was a great size for all our food. Loved that there was a pantry. It was a wonderful time! We did rent a golf cart to drive to the beach one day but we also walked one day. It was nice visiting the different pools. We liked them all! It was a really enjoyable trip!

Nice condo with minor complaints
Condo beautiful inside. Easy to find. I have rented homes through Vacasa in past and every home was completely stocked with personal items. Was taken back when I went to look for bathing soap, only one bar in whole place for 3 people! Next I looked for Kleenex, none!! Looked everywhere for both items so I would suggest you bring bathing soap and Kleenex or you will be using paper towels or rough toilet paper to blow nose!
The patio had not been cleaned before arrival. Tile flooring on patio was disgusting, table top still had ring marks and lots of dirt on patio furniture.
These may seem silly to complain about but for as much as it’s cost at Palmilla these items should be addressed.
Will continue to use Vacasa/VRBO but doubt I will stay at Palmilla in October when I return.

We do supply a starter supply of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dish soap to ensure the first night of their stay starts off well. We do not usually supply Kleenex unless the owner has left a personal supply. The house manager is following up with housekeeping to ensure that future guests arrive in a clean and well-maintained home. We hope to host you again soon!

Good condo, “meh” Management
Overall, the condo was good. Not the owners fault that Vacasa management kinda sucks. The floors were really dirty, one of the beds was missing a comforter, they only supply 2 trash bags (we were there for five days), a very limited amount of towels with no laundry detergent, bars of soap that don’t even sud, I could go on. When I texted the management company to ask about extra supplies, they just kept responding with the canned “sorry for any inconvenience.” For the amount of money you pay for this place they should supply more. We’d rent at Palmilla again but would probably look to book through AirBnB.

Late night knock on the door
Last night (Sunday) at about 2am, a group knock loudly on the front door several times. We yelled through the door to go away but they kept knocking. Thinking it was some kind of emergency, we opened the door. The people had the wrong place. It would have been nice to have a “peep hole” in the door to be able to tell who was out there. Aside from that, our stay was great

Great family getaway!
Our first time to Port A and we can’t wait to come back. This condo was perfect for our 5 person family! The location is great for going into town or hanging at the beach!!!! Condo was equipped with everything we needed for making meals and relaxing after a day at the beach!
