This house is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath Southern exposure pool home. This home has been fully remodeled featuring custom plank tiles throughout, Led lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The Italian inspired custom bathrooms are designed with level 5 quartzite. Impressive open kitchen and adjacent living area were designed to facilitate the ultimate culinary experience. The spacious master suite that overlooks the pool area features a resort styled master bathroom with a spa like soaking tub and separate standup rain shower. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the large Travertine pool deck, there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. You are only minutes to downtown Naples, Championship golf courses, white sand beaches, shopping, dining and more. Spacious 2 car garage, and a fenced in yard for a small dog.

Beautiful home in Naples

We had a Great stay in Naples. The pool was awesome and the house was Beautiful. We were further from beaches than originally planned but it was fine. Close to Marco Island and close to Many golf courses.

Great House/Great Location

My husband and I travel every year to Naples. We have been trying different areas each time we visit. This house was perfect and the location was great. We were in-between the best parts of Naples and a close distance to Marco. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we loved walking the dog each night. The house provided all the amenities we were looking for during our stay. We would definitely recommend the property and Jonathan was great to work with.
