Located at The Reserve at St. Charles Bay, this coastal house is part of a beautifully landscaped gated community. Close to Goose Island State Park and right by the bay, you’ll be surrounded by nature. The private patio is ideal for taking in the expansive water views. The fenced front yard is perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a barbecue. Fire up the grill for dinner, or gather by the glow of the firepit and watch the stars come out. An outdoor bar is an ideal spot to concoct a refreshing drink. Sip coffee on the front porch, furnished with chairs.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
Get comfy on the plush furnishings while you enjoy a movie on the 55-inch TV. The high ceilings and recessed lighting create a bright and airy vibe in the inviting living room. Take in views of St. Charles Bay through the glass doors that open to the private patio. The loft on the second floor has a love seat, armchair, and 40-inch TV.
With a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a Bertazzoni gas stove, the gourmet kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. The large center island has bar seating for added convenience. When it’s time to eat, gather around the glass dining table with seating for everyone. Pour your favorite after-dinner beverage at the bar area.
The primary suite has a 40-inch TV. and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate water closet. There is also a door leading directly outside from within the shower area. One guest bedroom has a side chair and a TV. From the loft, climb the ladder to the sleeping area.
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
The lofted sleeping areas are only accessible via ladders.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
