Situated a short stroll from the expansive resort pool, this brand-new 4BR/4.5BA home promises an upscale beach getaway. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, luxury resort living, and three incredible suites.

As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the groomed beaches, on-site restaurants, and beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course.

Gather for movie nights in the inviting living room, detailed with plush seating and a 75” smart TV. The loft features a 65” smart TV, a sleeper sofa, and a breakfast table for four.

The gourmet kitchen is configured with ample quartz counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then enjoy a home-cooked meal at the table for 12.

This two-story home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms, a bunk nook, and the queen sleeper sofa in the loft. Comfort awaits in the tranquil primary suite, appointed with a king bed, a writing desk, and a 65” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.

The second and third suites each include a king bed, a smart TV, a private covered balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV, and direct deck access. A bunk nook holds two XL twin-over-twin bunk beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, while a half bath provides added convenience.

Sip morning coffee on your private covered deck or host happy hour on your sunny private patio.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play with ocean breezes, inspired greens, and lush fairways lined with native grasses.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a Pack ‘n Play, remote-controlled ceiling fans, electric car charger, and washer/dryer are provided. A tankless water heater ensures endless hot water.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking may also be available, first come first serve.

Boats and trailers are not permitted on-site; however, parking is available nearby.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
