Fantastic villa in a central location with SUV jeep

Villa Iguana is located on the island of Curaçao in the Kashutuin residential area near St. Willibrordus. All essential places can be reached very quickly by car. Villa Iguana is situated in a rural setting within a development of 35 houses, in a central location on Curaçao close to beautiful beaches and excellent snorkeling and diving spots, and the area benefits from good wind conditions. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a large outdoor pool, a gas barbecue, a spacious garden, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and much more.

Water consumption is charged at €8.00 per cubic meter, and electricity consumption at €0.55 per kWh. Both will be deducted from the security deposit.

The deposit consists of a €250 house deposit (for rentals of up to 14 days) and a €350 car deposit.

The administration fee of €50 includes the transfer from the airport to the villa and back again for up to 4 people.

The cleaning fee for the car is included in the final house cleaning fee.
