Devant le Portail : Un (1) seul véhicule est autorisé à stationner juste devant le portail. Attention : Ne bloquez jamais totalement l'accès au portail pour ne pas gêner les autres véhicules et les manœuvres.

Dans la Rue : Si vous avez plus de trois véhicules, veuillez vous garer correctement dans la rue, face à la maison, sans gêner la circulation ou l'accès des voisins (portails, boîtes aux lettres, etc.).

Our house is situated in a quiet environment. We ask that you be discreet, particularly after 10:00 PM. Respecting the tranquility of the neighborhood is the key to a successful stay for everyone.

Attention : Le logement n'est pas desservi par les transports en commun. Être véhiculé est indispensable pour se déplacer et accéder à la propriété.

Les gares SNCF les plus proches sont :

Nogent-l'Artaud (environ 30 à 35 minutes en voiture)

La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (environ 35 à 40 minutes en voiture)

À ce titre, l'établissement est équipé d'un contrôleur de décibels et d'un détecteur de fumée de cigarette qui nous alertent en temps réel en cas de non-respect. Tout déplacement des forces de l'ordre ou de la commune sera facturé 500 €.
