Our house is located in a quiet, sophisticated residential area with proximity to the egapark, the fair and old town. The apartment (46m²) has a living room and bedroom, shower and toilet, a conditional extended assignment is possible. The spacious double rooms include shower rooms and separate toilets. In the breakfast room coffee maker and refrigerator are available. Bicycles can be backed off in the yard.
