This is a perfect corporate rental with views and privacy. Gorgeous Pikes Peak Views, overlooking a small lake and walking trails. This is a quiet neighborhood and just a 5 minute drive to Highway 83 which is a straight shot to Denver or Colorado Springs, with relatively light traffic compared with I-25. . This home is technically in Colorado Springs, in a suburb of Black Forest. The home is currently being updated with all new Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn Furniture, and new pictures will be added in the next few weeks. The home can be rented for a week at a time or long term.
