Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

Hot tub wasnt working.. water was dirty and had smell..jacuzzi tub didnt work ..shower leaked through celing to down stairs pool room ..floors were dirty making my feet and socks black and had to wear shoes for my entire stay

Great holiday getaway with a view

We had a wonderful time. House was as described in write up. Good communication with host. Very clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Sunset off the balcony was gorgeous!

It had plenty of room, beds. Pretty view, nice updates. Hot tub stunk/dirty and needs a step to get in. Grill was disgusting and we bought burgers for it and couldnt use it. Down stairs shower had hair that wasnt ours in 3 sep places. Needs a lock on door down stairs that leads to bedroom so it can be used as on suite. Beds were uncomfortable and hard. Fireplace didnt work. Couch was comfy and lots of linen and pillows. Nice open space. Fully equipped kitchen. My boys loved the game room perfect space for the kids. Lots of places to sleep for large parties and a good price.

A few suggestions on cleanliness of the cabin

We were in a panic due to not hearing from anyone until 5 hours before check in on how to check in, etc. There was a terrible smell in the whole house, no trash bags, blankets thrown in the floor of a closet. Towels and wash cloths need to be replaced.
