Only 350m from the stunning beach of Labenne-Ocean, you will find this beautiful haven of relaxation. Here tranquility is guaranteed. On a landscaped and fully fenced 1500 sqm of land you have numerous possibilities to sunbathe under palm trees, or to retreat to the secluded pool area. 200sqm living area (air conditioned!) provide a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living / dining area with billard, a sports room, three bathrooms and sep. WC. A total of four bedrooms can accommodate up to six adults and four children (bed room 1 with garden access and a double bed 180x200, bed room 2: double bed 160x200, bed room 3 with access to the pool terrace & double bed 180x200, bed room 4: 2 bunk beds with a total of 4 beds 90x190.).

Labenne Océan is a small cozy town in the southern coastal area of ​​the region "Les Landes", near the Basque Country. In 6 kilometers Capbreton / Hossegor in the north, 20km to the South Bayonne / Biarritz and its airport, and 50 km to the Spanish border. The area offers a variety of activities and entertainment for the whole family. The endless beach is popular with surfers, countless bike trails overspan the entire region. The village has a water park with lots of slides and fun for big and small, next to it is a climbing park. For animal lovers, there is a Reptilarium and a beautiful zoo, which is open all year.

Comfortable!

A beautiful house, decorated with great care and taste. It’s obvious that the owners spend time there as well - most likely very often. The garden is very large with lots (really lots!) of seating and lounging areas. The village was a little quiet when we were there at the end of the season but there’s lots to see and do in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was like a home away from home and that’s what we always appreciate in a vacation rental.

Sehr schönes Objekt

Ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern da- das Haus war somit überdimensioniert, bot jeglichen Komfort und war liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolle Küche, schnelles Internet, tolle, neue Aussenanlagen, netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern aus Deutschland. Der Preis war absolut angemessen. Das Meer fussläufig 5 min- einziger Nachteil: der Atlantik ist kein Geheimtip- Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, Bayonne- alles sehr sehr voll- weiss man aber- um so besser, so eine nette, großzügige Oase zu haben. Gerne wieder :)

La casa y entorno fenomenal. Una pena que la piscina se estropeó el segundo día y no pudimos utilizarla en todas las vacaciones . El propietario s exportó muy bien ya que nos dejó estar dos días más y nos devolvió algo de dinero.

Superbe propriété à une distance à pied de la plage sur laquelle nous avons d'ailleurs fait une ballade magnifique de deux heures. Emplacement, propreté, équipement, literie, accueil... Tout est conforme à la description et même mieux !

Villa très bien située. Nous n avons manqué de rien

Séjour très agréable avec une belle plage à proximité. De quoi faire de belles balades à pied , en vélo jusque capebreton. On recommande.

La maison est conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Grand jardin bien entretenu, tout proche de la mer, maison bien équipée,... Le point négatif ? On va être obligés de revenir !!

Très agréable séjour au calme proche de la mer

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre séjour dans la maison , très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, les enfants ont adoré le dortoir, le jardin luxuriant, très vert avec de beaux arbres et palmiers, le trampoline, la piscine chauffée couverte même si elle est un petit peu vieillissante et la proximité de la plage à 5 minutes à pied,idéal avec les enfants. Attention la mer est très agitée parfois, pas toujours adaptée aux enfants mais la plage est très belle et vaste. Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette petite station, croiser peu de monde en cette période était parfait. Le seul bémol les horaires d'arrivée et de départ qui racourcissent la semaine.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus - stilvoll und vollständig

Wir waren sehr gerne zu Gast in diesem stilvoll-schön eingerichteten Ferienhaus in Labenne-Océan! Selbst an Tagen mit mäßig tollem Herbstwetter hatten unsere Kinder großen Spaß beim Toben im überdachten und geheizten Pool. Durch die hervorragende Lage mit kurzem (Fuß)Weg zum Hauptstrand und gut erreichbaren interessanten Ausflugszielen im französischen wie spanischen Baskenland wurde es nie langweilig. Das Haus selber ist wunderbar stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man sich für einen Familienurlaub wünschen kann - sogar Strandspielzeug und Bodyboards. Abends dann ein Gläschen Rotwein im Garten zwischen Palmen und Korkeichen genießen, und vielleicht noch einen Film auf dem großen SAT-TV schauen. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit vielen unvergesslichen Momenten! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe location

La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos et très confortable, bien équipée. Idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La piscine couverte permet de se baigner même en cas de mauvais temps. Accès plage à pied (3min) avec de petits commerces de proximité permettant de tout faire sans voiture.
