I stayed at this rental for five weeks to get away from the winter in Ohio. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with a fenced backyard, which was great for the dogs. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the nearby neighbors were friendly. The location is convenient to everything, with Clearwater Beach only about 10 minutes away.Although it is a duplex, it was very quiet and I was unable to hear the renters on the other side. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly whenever needed.The only recommendation I would suggest, especially for longer stays, would be adding a dresser in the bedrooms for additional storage. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great centralized location

The listing was accurately represented. The fenced in backyard was great for the boys to play in safely. Modern appliances and finishes made the stay feel like home. I'm a previous resident to Clearwater so I preferred the location due to its proximity to activities around the area. The neighborhood is pretty typical of Pinellas county. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. I recommend this property to those seeking good amenities at a reasonable price. Owners responded promptly to a few minor questions.
